The Application To Register As A Document Preparation Service Must Be Submitted Online.  Please Review Qualifications So That You Are Prepared To Complete The Application.

 

Create An Account With A Secure Login.  Fill In The Requested User Account Information And Click The “Save” Button.  Remember Your Log In And Password For Future Log-Ins To Renew Or Amend Your Registration.

 

Check your email for a message from the Secretary of State’s office to activate the account.  If you do not find the activation message, check your spam or junk email folder in case it was filtered.  Activate the account.
