Congratulations! We are here to help no matter if you are starting a new trucking company, maintaining a fleet of trucks, or just need information. California has recently imposed strict rules on the age of trucks that can be plated or renewed. Nevada being a next door neighbor is becoming the preferred choice for relocation. When it comes to establishing a trucking company in Nevada there are several things that need to be done. As a Las Vegas DMV Services provider we can also take care of Nevada Motor Carrier accounts. The Nevada DMV is separate from the Motor Carrier Division which only has 1 location in the Las Vegas Metro area.Â
Â
Prior to registering a semi-truck in Nevada several requirements need to be met. ASAP Services, a Las Vegas Nevada 3rd Party DMV Registration service has years of experience processing motor carrier registrations. The type of plate to be issued depends on how the truck is being used and where it’s driven. If the truck is to be driven only in Nevada base plates, also known as P plates will be issued. However, if the truck is being driven across state lines apportioned plates are issued.Â
